  1.                          PAGINATION COMMANDS

  3. <HARD  PAGEBREAK> (the CTRL T key) inserts a hard pagebreak before the
  4. current line. A hard pagebreak will not be removed by the repagination
  5. operation. 
  6.  
  7. <SOFT  PAGEBREAK> (the CTRL S key) inserts a soft pagebreak before the
  8. current line. A soft pagebreak will be  removed  by  the  repagination
  9. operation if the break is found to be at the wrong place. 
  10.  
  11. <PAGINATE> (the SHIFT F1 key) will insert soft pagebreaks in your text
  12. where  ever  a  new page is supposed to start. The length of a page is
  13. calculated as : 
  14.       bottom  margin - top margin + 1.
  15. Refer to  the  format  block  for  the  margin  parameters.  Any  soft
  16. pagebreaks found out of place will be removed, and new soft pagebreaks
  17. put in at the correct place. Hard pagebreaks will remain untouched.
  18.     It's important to know that the repagination operation starts from
  19. the  current line. If you want to repaginate the entire document, move
  20. to the top line of the file.
  21.     Before pagination is done, you can  specify  if  you  want  widows
  22. removed, orphans removed, or both.
